Jenith Mishne was our professor for EDC-639. I learned about different types of mentoring and what it takes to be an effective mentor. This course involved identifying a mentee, developing a mentor contract, and implementing the contract and mentor relationship. I walked away from this class understanding the value of being a good mentor and feeling blessed to have had so many great mentors in my life.
This course was an important component of my journey as it allowed me to grow as an individual and a leader.
