This course was facilitated professor Melissa Anderson. This course was designed by cadre XI in the spring semester which was an interesting concept. 


Learning activities included:

1. Identifying an opportunity to make a change in my working environment which was replacing behaviorist approach to learning with constructivist. 

2. Writing a summary of the opportunity for change I've identified.

3. Evaluating the learning context of change.

4. Developing a resource list for change.

5. Developing a timeline and project plan for change.

6. Developing a podcast discussing my concept of what an agent of change is.

7. Developing a plan to manage change.

8. The final reflection paper.
