During the first summer session of
the OMET program (EDU-638A), we identified needs within our work environments
that our action research projects could focus on. The first step was to
identify a specific problem(s) and then analyze the environment, influences and
individuals surrounding the problem. This Force Field Analysis was
presented as a schematic diagram with the utilization of gliffy software.
